Head of Production

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maximizing the effectiveness, growth and profitability through planning, insightful leadership and strong focus on systems and processes to improve productivity and quality

• Drives the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and / or existing products and technologies

• Works closely with quality to ensure strict compliance with good manufacturing practices guidelines at all times and ensure production objectives are met within quality and cost standard

• Responsible for the day to day production operation

• Enforce good discipline and high standards of work performance among the team

• Provide timely, accurate and complete reports to the plant operations, including submission of weekly report

• Oversee risk management and ensure the Company’s operations in compliance with the rules and regulations

• Responsible to plan and liaises with logistics company for product shipment

 

Job Requirements:​

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Certificate and Degree with at least 3 years relevant working experience in production & planning

• Hands-on and be ready to roll up sleeves to be on the ground with his / her people if the need arises

• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

• Willing to travel when required

• Able to work independently, meticulous with high level of motivation
